Oregano Chicken Pizza

Ingredients: 1-16 oz package of pre-made pizza dough (not pre-baked), 1/2 orange bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, 10 oz chicken breast, 6 oz mushrooms, 3 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp olive oil, 12 oz tomato sauce, 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, and 8 oz Parmesan cheese 

Recipe:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into .5 in chunks
  2. Heat pan on high heat and add olive oil, once oil is heated add chicken in to cook-lower heat after chicken has lightly seared
  3. Season chicken with oregano and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes-once done set aside for pizza assembly
  4. Slice mushrooms thinly and dice bell peppers into 1 in pieces-set aside vegetables for pizza topping 
  5. Take pizza dough and roll out to about 16 in diameter if possible-if not just roll dough to be a quarter of an inch thick-follow directions of pizza dough carefully for consistent rising
  6. Once dough has been rolled out cover with tomato sauce and leave edges slightly bare
  7. Next top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in even mix
  8. Then add chicken and vegetables and a bit more oregano for flavor
  9. Bake according to dough directions or at 400 degrees for 20 minutes 
  10. When completed remove from oven and garnish with more Parmesan cheese
